Villa Heliconia sits within a traditional Balinese neighbourhood where everyday village life continues at its own gentle rhythm. As with many homes throughout Bali, you may occasionally hear a rooster greeting the morning or neighbourhood dogs announcing a passer-by. Rather than distractions, these familiar sounds are part of the authentic charm of staying in a real Balinese community, offering a genuine experience beyond the walls of a resort.
Despite its peaceful village setting, you’re only a stroll to Sanur’s beaches, cafés, restaurants, boutiques and the famous beachfront promenade, making it easy to enjoy everything this relaxed seaside destination has to offer.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa and all its facilities throughout their stay.

This includes three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, the living, tv nook and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, private swimming pool, terrace, tropical gardens and carport.

The villa is completely private and is not shared with any other guests.

Guests will also have access to complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property and secure entry to the villa.

Our friendly team is never far away and is available to assist with airport transfers, private drivers, in-villa chefs, massage treatments, babysitting, scooter hire and personalised holiday experiences. We’re close enough to help whenever you need us, while always respecting your privacy to enjoy the villa at your own pace.

Housekeeping Service

Your villa is carefully cleaned and beautifully prepared for your arrival, with a full service again after your departure.

To help keep everything fresh and comfortable, we also include complimentary housekeeping during longer stays:

* 3–4 nights – settle in and enjoy your privacy
* 5–7 nights – one light refresh during your stay
* 8–10 nights – two refresh visits
* 11–14 nights – three refresh visits

If you would ever like additional cleaning, our team will be very happy to arrange this for you (extra charges apply).

Pool and garden maintenance will take place during your stay.
